Returns and Refunds Policy
Email support@beautifulbrass.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason. You will be provided with the address to return the items to and you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
The ​​items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Beautiful Brass reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed non-resalable.

Only the cost of the product will be refunded. The delivery cost will not be refunded.
Once we have received the items, we endeavour to process the refund within 3-5 working days.
We reserve the right to wait for the goods to be returned before issuing a refund.​​ A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.

3. Modifying or Cancelling an Order​
In most situations, orders cannot be altered once they have been placed. If you need to change the delivery address details, remove items from your order, or cancel it entirely, please email support@beautifulbrass.com as soon as possible for guidance. If your order has already been dispatched, any unwanted products must be returned following our Returns procedure.

4. Receiving a Refund without Cancelling an Order or Returning Items
​ Occasionally, errors may occur. You will be refunded if we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered. This may happen if the item is the last one in a range and is not in acceptable condition to be sent, or if it gets damaged during order processing. We strive to prevent such situations, but if they do occur and we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be issued.
