Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returning an Item


If you’d like to return an item, please email us at support@beautifulbrass.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll then share the return address with you. You’ll have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.

 

All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. 

 

Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 working days.

2. Exchanges


If you’d like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at support@beautifulbrass.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Changing or Cancelling an Order


Once your order has been placed, changes are not always possible. If you need to update a delivery address, remove an item, or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@beautifulbrass.com.

 

If your order has already been dispatched, any unwanted items will need to be returned in line with our standard return policy above.

4. Refunds Without a Return


On rare occasions, we may be unable to fulfil part of your order—for example, if an item is the last in stock and found to be damaged before dispatch. In such cases, you will be refunded automatically, and we’ll notify you right away. We always aim to avoid such issues and appreciate your understanding if they arise.
