Return & Refund Policy

  1. Initiating a Return for an Order

 

Kindly submit your items for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

All items must be accompanied by a valid invoice and a fully completed Returns Form, which can be found attached to the invoice. Please indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Refund Processing Time

​

We endeavor to process refunds within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your package at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been successfully processed.

  3. Exchanging Items

​

Our customer service team will provide guidance on the most suitable method to exchange an item. Please contact the team via email for assistance.

  4. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

​

In most situations, orders cannot be altered once they have been placed. If you need to change the delivery address details, remove items from your order, or cancel it entirely, please reach out to our Customer Services team as soon as possible for guidance.

If your order has already been dispatched for delivery, any unwanted products must be returned following our Returns procedure.

  5. Returning Online Purchases to a Store

Please get in touch and we will send you the address for returns.

  6. Returns Policy

​

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, unused, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Beautiful Brass reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed non-resalable.

​

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving goods if they are faulty.

​

The delivery cost will not be refunded, only the cost of the product.  We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before issuing a refund.

  7. Receiving a Refund without Cancelling an Order or Returning Items

​

Occasionally, errors may occur. You will be refunded if we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered. This may happen if the item is the last one in a range and is not in acceptable condition to be sent, or if it gets damaged during order processing. We strive to prevent such situations, but if they do occur and we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be issued.

  8. Cancelling an Order Prior to Delivery

​

If you have not yet received an email confirming the shipment of your item, you may contact us to cancel your order immediately.
