Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@beautifulbrass.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your decision to return.
​
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will provide the return address by email.
​
Returned items must be:

Unused
-
In their original packaging
-
In a resaleable condition

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

The cost of the item(s) will be refunded

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

2. Changing or Cancelling an Order
​
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need to amend a delivery address, remove an item, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautifulbrass.com, and we will do our best to assist.

If your order has already been dispatched, any unwanted items will need to be returned in accordance with our standard returns process above.

3. Refunds Without a Return
​
In rare circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil part or all of an order - for example, if an item is found to be damaged before dispatch.

In these cases, we will:

Issue a full refund for the affected item(s)

Notify you promptly

No return will be required where the item has not been dispatched.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
​
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautifulbrass.com.

Return postage will be covered by us where applicable​

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
