Thank you for shopping with us at Beautiful Brass. We are dedicated to providing the best experience possible for our customers. As part of this commitment, we have established the following shipping policy.

General Information

  1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided after your order is placed, but generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days.

  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. All international shipping will have a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
     

Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in the United Kingdom.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to a range of countries. Please note, however, that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DoorKnob Delight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

DoorKnob Delight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
