General Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK orders usually arrive within a week, and international orders typically take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and postal services.
There is free UK second class delivery for orders over £50. For UK orders less than £50, the delivery charge is £3.50.
If you require your item as fast as possible and you are based in the UK, please select Fast Delivery and we will post your parcel First Class.
Delivery charges for other locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. All international shipping will have a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide and aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
All fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges — are payable by the recipient.
🇺🇸 United States
We ship U.S. orders via Evri, with final delivery handled by USPS.
Most orders fall under the $800 de minimis threshold, meaning no import taxes or duties apply.
We do not currently collect U.S. sales tax at checkout.
🇨🇦 Canada
Canadian orders may incur GST/HST, import duties, and customs processing fees, depending on your location and order value.
These fees are not included at checkout and are typically collected upon delivery.
🇪🇺 European Union
We ship to most countries within the EU. Please note:

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon arrival.

Damages
Beautiful Brass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
