Brass naturally develops a beautiful patina over time, but if you'd like to maintain a brighter shine, gently polish with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals — a little warm water and mild soap usually does the trick. In high-humidity areas like bathrooms or coastal homes, regular wiping will help prevent tarnish and protect the finish.

Most of our pieces are made using precision machinery to ensure a high-quality finish. While we don’t design or make them in-house, we carefully select each piece for its elegance, craftsmanship, and timeless style.

6. How do I install your hardware?

Each item comes with the necessary fittings (typically screws or bolts). Installation is usually simple, but if you're unsure, we recommend seeking help from a professional to ensure a perfect finish.

7. Do you ship internationally?

​

Yes — we ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may need to pay tax or customs before or upon delivery in their country. Please see the Shipping Policy for more information.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK orders usually arrive within a week, and international orders typically take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and postal services.

 

If you require your item as fast as possible and you are based in the UK, please select Fast Delivery and we will post your parcel First Class.

9. Can I return or exchange my item?
