We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

• UK orders usually arrive within up to one week

• International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, subject to customs clearance and local postal services

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

UK Shipping ​

• Free UK Second Class delivery on orders over £50

• For UK orders under £50, Second Class delivery costs £3.50

If you require your order as quickly as possible and are based in the UK, please select Fast Delivery at checkout. These orders are sent via First Class post.

International Shipping & Customs

Delivery charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Please note that customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be applied by your local authorities depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any fees imposed during or after shipping - including tariffs, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges -must be paid by the recipient. If these fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
